Apple Help at O'Reilly Mac OS X Conference
The fastest way to learn any technology is to have someone explain it to you. Come to the Providing User Assistance Using Apple Help session at the upcoming O'Reilly Mac OS X Conference. You'll learn how to quickly get your HTML-based help up-and-running under Mac OS X, and then how can take advantage of special Apple Help features to make it even better.
I'm presenting the session, along with Jessica Kahn (the lead engineer for Apple Help), and we'll be focusing on the new help features in "Jaguar." Including some new ways of ensuring that customers get the latest content when they're connected to the Internet.
