Where's the Office manual?
The Mac OS X version of Microsoft Office doesn't include a printed manual, but it does come with a "Getting Started" document in PDF format. No sweat, right? Well, it might the best overview document in the world, but it is of little use if users can't find it. Apparently they can't, because Microsoft has published a tip about it on their website. What's really going on here? I picture a customer vigorously shaking the Office box while holding it upside down, hoping a manual will fall out of it. Somehow, not knowing that the PDF exists strikes me as only part of the problem.
