The painful reality of users

A recent discussion at Reddit features stories about watching uninformed coworkers inefficiently complete computer tasks. For example, one describes a coworker printing a spreadsheet and using it to re-enter the data in sorted order.

While the tone of the stories is harsh, they're enough to make anyone who has written a user manual cry.
