The web is full of answers, but if you've ever searched for information about a topic in which you are an expert, you probably found that many of the answers are incomplete, at best, and sometimes just plain wrong. Finding a correct and authoritative answer is too often a challenge.
The website Quora brings an interesting approach. It's a place for you to ask questions and receive answers. But it's about organizing and identifying the best answers from other members. Each answer is tied to a person and you can delve into that person's other answers and profile to determine their credibility.
it's an interesting experiment, but you can use it as a way to see what customers are asking about your products. And you might just learn something, too.
