The fine Chicago-based company 37 Signals writes about how an ad hoc sign at a highway rest stop inspired a new approach to the "FAQ" for their products. While it might come off as a little too much like marketing, it's certainly less annoying than the uninspired tedium of most Frequently Asked Questions-style documents.
