Help Gallery Update and Additions

The long-standing Gallery of Onscreen Help has been updated with more samples of help implementations.

Also, the Gallery of iPhone Help has grown to nearly 400 example app help screens.

New to this update is the Gallery of iPad Help, debuting with over 60 designs.
