Easily create online iOS documentation

The latest version of Voodoo Pad, a desktop wiki/notebook for Mac OS X, has the built-in ability to export any document as an iOS-style webapp. And with a small tweak to your web server (which may not be necessary) the webapp will function when the device is not connected to the Internet. Voodoo Pad continues to be a useful and lightweight help authoring tool and this latest addition makes it simple to support iPhone, iPad, and iPod touch.
