PandaWare updates Simple Help Editor

Simple Help Editor has been previously mentioned on Usable Help, and while I don't intend to get into the habit of promoting the same tools over and over, the new 4.0 version is worth mentioning again because of its increased support for Apple Help and increased customizability. It also remains one of the few tools that specifically supports authoring Apple Help using a Windows computer. See the PandaWare website for details.
