Welcome to friggin' help
The W3C has announced the formation of the Emotion Indicator Group. It's charter is to investigate a means of conveying the emotional states of users, and emotional states that are simulated by user interfaces, in online applications. The primary emotion around the use of documentation is frustration, so perhaps this new group will provide a means for better conveying that in our help systems.
