Comparing Help

Dan Pouliot's "Windows XP versus Mac OS X" product comparisons provides a cursory examination of the built-in Help for each OS. Declaring the competition a tie (in this category) he finds that XP Help is cluttered and inaccurate, while OS X's Help is slow and incomplete. He has nice things to say too, of course.
