The worst manuals of 2003

Technical Standards "honors" the worst manuals of 2003. My favorite is the first runner-up, it's a great example of legal and technical support concerns run amok -- every single page says "read this first before you install". I think it might be a little early to crown winners for this year, but perhaps these are so bad that none can compare. (See also The Worst Manuals of 2002.)
