The future of Microsoft Help

Be sure to check out WinWriter's special report on the next version of Windows Help. It's a new project, not the Help 2.0 version announced years ago and now cancelled. There's good advice for dealing with the current situation, as well as speculation about what might be coming down the pike. Let's hope that "based on DocBook" doesn't also mean "but still proprietary."
