PHP documentation and user feedback
The fine folks at the Boing Boing blog pointed to Usable Help the other day. (Thanks!) In the comments on the post a reader named Cowboy X points out that the PHP documentation, in its online version, allows ad hoc comments and revisions from users. These comments are reviewed, edited, and rolled into the main documentation when it is next revised. Sounds like a great way to implement a feedback loop that benefits both the product and the user community. Are there other examples out there?
